In Wyoming, all aspects of the sex trade —whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. Wyoming has distinct laws for purchasing sexual services (soliciting) and selling sexual services (prostitution). Wyoming vacatur law allows survivors to vacate any conviction related to their trafficking and does not limit offenses eligible for relief.
