New Hampshire Prostitution and Trafficking Laws
New Hampshire
In New Hampshire, all aspects of the sex trade—whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. New Hampshire law treats both buying and selling sex the same, meaning a person can be charged with the same crime whether they're purchasing or providing sexual services. New Hampshire’s vacatur law does not limit offenses eligible for relief, allowing survivors who are arrested and convicted of a variety of offenses resulting from their trafficking to be eligible for relief.
