Indiana
In Indiana, all aspects of the sex trade—whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. The law has distinct crimes for buying (making an unlawful proposition) and selling sexual services (prostitution). Indiana does allow survivors to vacate convictions related to their trafficking, but relief only applies to offenses “not causing bodily harm.”
