Arkansas
In Arkansas, all aspects of the sex trade—whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. Prostitution (selling) and Solicitation (buying) are bifurcated into separate laws. Arkansas has also enacted a separate felony offense for buying sex from a minor. Arkansas does allow for criminal record relief for survivors of trafficking - The nexus or connection to trafficking the survivor must show in Arkansas is currently that the crime was committed “as a result” of trafficking.
