Arizona
In Arizona, all aspects of the sex trade—whether selling sex, buying sex, promoting it, or profiting from it—are completely illegal. The law treats both buying and selling sex the same, meaning a person can be charged with the same crime whether they're purchasing or providing sexual services. Arizona has a vacatur statute for sex trafficking survivors, but the statute is limited only to prostitution related offenses.
