Faith was lured to New York City by a man who promised love and family but instead forced her into child trafficking. After three and a half years of exploitation and abuse, she escaped just before her 18th birthday. Though she faced many challenges as an undocumented foreign citizen, her resilience led her to find support and ultimately thrive. Faith’s experience underscores the critical need for comprehensive aftercare programs like Dahlia’s Hope, which helped her rebuild her life. Since 2020, Faith has served on the PACT Survivors Council, educating others on human trafficking and advocating for survivor empowerment.
