Lauren Trantham is an author, keynote speaker, and business owner with nearly a decade of experience as a leader in the Anti-Human Trafficking Movement. She is the founder and Executive Director of Ride My Road, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for survivor-led initiatives. As a photographer, Lauren has photographed nearly 100 American survivors of trafficking, with a focus on celebrating survivor triumphs. In addition to hosting dozens of fundraising events across the country, Ride My Road also facilitates an online educational program called Disruptors University and hosts annual conferences in Alaska and Oregon. Lauren also serves as the Director of Communications for Epik Project, an anti-trafficking organization that focuses on Demand Reduction.
Lauren is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system and she sits on the Steering Committee of the Jackson County Coalition Against Trafficking. She is the recent recipient of the Above and Beyond Award from the Oregon Department of Justice for her work in the trafficking movement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice and is currently receiving her Master's Degree in Social Justice and Human Rights. Her memoir will be released this year.
