She also created Hidden Broccoli, a company dedicated to energetic health. It offers a grounded and integrative approach to emotional and spiritual well-being, answering a growing need for spaces that hold both science and soul.

Today, as CEO of Dalia Empower, Ivana leads a company with a bold mission: to help women connect with themselves and step into their power through community, upskilling, and media. At Dalia, she is building an ecosystem that equips women with the tools, networks, and training they need to lead the life they want—with purpose, impact, and a deep embrace of feminine energy.
