Isma Zubair

Isma is an enterprise counsel for Hilton Worldwide.  Beyond her legal work, she is passionate about Pro Bono efforts and throughout her career has mobilized fellow attorneys, law students, and legal professionals to engage in meaningful pro bono work, and has worked closely with legal aid organizations, nonprofit partners, law firms and community leaders to address issues such as women’s rights and gender equity, human trafficking, asylum, conviction relief, homelessness initiatives, relief from pandemic, community economic development for small businesses and other non-profit organizations. Her personal efforts are grounded in a deep belief in the power of people in conjunction with community led change, and she hopes to inspire the next generation to challenge the status quo, speak up, act and think towards what’s possible.
